History
MPG Living is a non-profit organization that was founded by Kadori and Jarrod Marshall in 2023. With over 40 years of collective experience in the healthcare field, their journeys led them to encounter Residential Living Facilities (Group Homes) that often fell short in providing adequate care or lacked a resident-centric approach. The idea of creating a Residential Living Facility that would embody their values and beliefs had been a topic of discussion since 2013.
Driven by their passion for improving the quality of life for individuals facing diverse challenges, the Marshalls embarked on a mission to establish MPG Living. Their vision was to create a nurturing and supportive haven where residents could experience a sense of belonging, dignity, and independence. This vision was deeply rooted in their personal experiences and observations of the shortcomings in existing facilities.
Throughout their careers, Kadori and Jarrod Marshall have witnessed the impact of compassionate, personalized care on individuals’ well-being. They envisioned MPG Living as a beacon of hope and stability, offering a holistic support system that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of the community. Their dedication to creating a safe, inclusive living space continues to drive MPG Living’s mission of making a positive impact on the lives of its residents.
As MPG Living continues to grow and evolve, Kadori and Jarrod Marshall remain committed to upholding their values and providing the highest quality of care for their residents. Their journey is a testament to the power of passion, dedication, and a strong belief in making a difference in the lives of others.
